Return Policy

At Everything Ayva, our customer satisfaction is guaranteed.  We are dedicated to choosing high quality, stylish products from well known manufacturers.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item unused with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are non-refundable).  After 30 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply.  To expedite your return or exchange, please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and brief explanation of the problem.  All returns are handled immediately.  Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your billing statement.  Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.  Recipients who would like to exchange an item should contact everythingayva@shaw.ca.
